The excursion continues along a scenic route, offering a view of the ruins of the hotel destroyed by the 2002 eruption. During two stops, accompanied by a volcanology guide, you will have the opportunity to hike along lava flows and explore the explosive products of the 2002 crater chain. At 2,380 meters, you will walk along the rim of the extinct craters "Umberto and Margherita". Finally, you will reach the volcanological observatory at 2,818 meters, where you will walk to our final destination, capturing unforgettable sunset photos while enjoying traditional Sicilian pastries and almond wine.
